This system uses a Flowmaster Hushpower muffler, since this is a chamber style muffler it doesn't use any packing. With no packing to wear out there is no reason to ever have to rebuild or re-pack this system! All other aftermarket systems use a conventional type of muffler which will need to be re-packed every 10 hours!! Repacking this frequently is time consuming, messy, and expensive!! PLEASE NOTE: The competition that uses this type of muffler uses a low grade 409 stainless steel version. Theirs will become rusty very quickly! Our version uses 100% 304 Stainless steel, the muffler, the hangers, the tubing, everything! It is all professionally TIG welded and will look and perform as good in 20 years as it it will the day you get it. This System is good for a 3 horsepower gain at the wheels, over a 10% increase! You WILL feel a difference immediately. No fuel controller is needed with this slip-on.
